1) What personalization options do you have?
Only two:
1) With our custom models of cards and stickers (Question 2 and 4).
2) With your own image or photo (Question 3 and 5).

3) Could I attach my photo or image?
Yes, you can. Images with great quality and that adapt to card formats.
4) What info I have to fill if I choose one of your custom models?
You should write name or names, date of the event and the code of cards/sticker in our catalogue. They're numbered 1 to 20 and depending of the kind of events could be Weddings(BO), Baptims or Baby Shower(BA), Communion or Christenings(CO), Birthdays(CU) and Business(EM): Examples: 1BO, 2CO, 3BA, 4CU O 5EM. In this case you shouldn't attach any image.
5) What info I have to fill if I attach a photo or image?
You should write name or names, date of the event. In this case you haven't to fill any info about our custom models of cards and stickers.
6) How I have to save the personalization?
Very simple, fill the info with names, date and photo or custom models, and then you have to click on the blue button "Save". Then you be able to add many units of the gift pack as you need.
7) Are the customized cards free?
The customized cards are free if you bought 24 packs or more. As many as you bought. ¡If you buy 50 packs we will send you 50 customized cards for free!. Note: Our free cards have our logo in miniature on the back side of the card.
8) Could I buy more cards?
We gift you as many cards than gift packs you buy (Question 7). If you need more, you can buy the product Custom cards by separate. It have a cost of 0,10 € with our logo in the back side or 0,20 € without logo.
9) Are the stickers free?
Not it isn't. They have a cost of 0,20 € per unit.
10) Can I buy stickers for any products?
Our stickers are principally for wines (any format) and bottles of beer. We don't make stickers for small products like marmalades, pate, honey of 30 gr or 110 gr. Some Olive Oil Bottles or Giftboxes could be personalized with stickers, but it's necesary that you star in contact with us first.
11) Are the stickers stuck??
No. We ship the stcikers cutted and prepared for you. You can stuck them how you need.
12) Time delay the shipping when I made a order with customized products?
Under normal conditions delivery times are not delayed. The transit time for personalized orders is 2 weeks in normal season and 3 weeks in high season.
13) What happens if I fill the info with mistakes or ortographics error?
We strongly recommend that you check the information before placing the order. If you make a mistake by writing the information, any spelling mistakes, dates or any information, we can not be held responsible. If your order has not yet come out you can inform us of the incident so that we can correct the error. If your order has already left our warehouse you will have the option of requesting them again, taking charge of the transportation and printing costs.
14) What happens if I don't filling the info of the custom products or the info aren't saved correctly?
It's possible than you don't need the custom cards or maybe you forgotten fill it. In that case our designer will try to contact you via phone or mail and you have the possibility to complet the info. If our graphic desinger can't put in contact with you in a reasonable time, we will ship your order without customization.
