The Chinata collects the olives in its crop farms located in Sierra de Gata (Cáceres) collecting and selecting the best olives, they must be in perfect state of ripeness, healthy and impeccable, to get the highest quality in their oils

Said Extra Virgin Olive Oil is characteristic by four factors:

- Characteristic color it offers is yellow with green traces.

- Another factor that differentiated this extra viergen, which does not sting or bitter, so that its palate is quite pleasant

-It has a very dense smell of ripe fruit.

-It contains a high level of fatty acids, these factors differentiate these virgins from other Spanish oils.
