Tasting notes: A wine meaty, powerful , with aromas of balsamic, mineral , ripe fruit and a mouth persistent. Cherry color , very cloudy , with purple hues . The nose is intense and complex, with aromas of cherry, blackberry , mint , pepper and graphite. The palate is sweet , meaty and fresh , with notes of fruit and cherry liqueur chocolates.

Pairing: Grilled red meats , roasts, cheese , iberico ham...

Temperature: Serve between 15 and 17 ºC.

- Cachuela of Spain (250g) (Porc's liver with spices): This product has porc's livers, good paprika Vera and a good bay and fresh garlic.

- Cream of scorpionfish (140g): This product has a delicious flavour and a unmatch texture for the palate.

- Lobster Pate: Lobster meat is one of the most appreciated for its delicious taste and its low calorie content.

We recommend eating it as an appetizer, spreaded in toast-like bread (picos, rosquitas, biscotes...), with anchovies... In kitchen, add to salads and pasta, or as a seasoning for baked and grilled fish, or as flavor enhancer for rice.

Ingredients: lobster (24%), fish stock, milk, cream, cod, shrimps, eggs, tomato, wheat flour, salt, spices and extra virgin olive oil (0.50%).

- Venison Pate with Pedro Ximenez and Extra Virgin Olive Oil: This venison pate is a soft emulsion of Venison liver and meat. It is joined with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil and traditional Sherry Pedro Ximenez, an excellent way of adding its smooth and fruity aroma.

We recommend serving the pate slightly cold, to emphasize its taste at its best.

Ingredients: Pork liver and fat, venison lean (20%), venison stock (16%), onion, extra virgin olive oil, mushroom, muscat grapes (3%), Pedro Ximenez wine (2%), salt, dehydrated egg, vegetal fiber, caseinate, powder fat free milk, spices, sugar, wheat flour, emulgents (E-450i, E-451ii y E-452i), preservatives (E-200 y E-262ii) and antioxidants (E-301, E-331i y E-325).
