Said Extra Virgin Olive Oil is characteristic for four factors:
- Characteristic color that it offers, since this one is yellow with green traces.
- Another factor that differentiates this extra virgin, is that it does not sting or bitter, so it is quite pleasant to the palate.
- It has a very dense smell of ripe fruit.
- Contains a high level of fatty acids.
These factors differentiate these virgins from other Spanish oils.
