Extra virgin olive oil (100 ml)
La Chinata collects the olives in its crop farms located in the Sierra de Gata (Cáceres), collecting and selecting the best olives. These must be in perfect state of maturation, healthy and impeccable appearance, to achieve the highest quality in their oils.
Said Extra Virgin Olive Oil is characteristic for four factors:
- Characteristic color that it offers, since this one is yellow with green traces.
- Another factor that differentiates this extra virgin, is that it does not sting or bitter, so it is quite pleasant to the palate.
- It has a very dense smell of ripe fruit.
- Contains a high level of fatty acids.
These factors differentiate these virgins from other Spanish oils.
