Pata Negra Rioja DO, Crianza

A deep, clean, and bright cherry-red color. Its aroma is intense, with notes of red and black fruits, spices, and vanilla. Powerful and elegant character. Perfect for pairing with Iberian cured meats, grilled ribeye steak, and a selection of cheeses. Serve at a temperature between 14-16ºC.

Pata Negra Toro DO, Roble:

A deep red color. Its penetrating aromas describe notes of red fruits enhanced with pronounced toasty notes. On the palate, it is flavorful, full-bodied, and balanced.

It pairs perfectly with grilled red meats and Iberian ham. Serve at a temperature between 16º and 18ºC.

Pata Negra La Mancha DO, Roble:

A dark cherry-red color with a purple rim. Intense aromas of black and red berries, integrated with toasty and spicy notes acquired from its time in oak barrels. On the palate, it is flavorful and balanced with a fruity finish.

Pair with mature red meat and stews. Serve at a temperature between 16° and 18°C.

Made from Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot grapes.

This Iberian Fauna edition is inspired by three of the most characteristic animal species of our country: the bull, representing the Toro DO; the Iberian lynx, representing the La Mancha DO; and the wolf, representing the Rioja DO.
