Deer pate to Pedro Ximménez La Chinata
This deer pate is a mild natural emulsion of liver and fresh deer meat. To this is added the extra virgin olive oil in pairing with a sweet wine, the Jerez Pedro Ximénez, an excellent wine that gives the whole its soft, subtle and fruity aroma.
We recommend serving the pate slightly cold (not frozen), so that its nuances stand out to the fullest.
Ingredients: liver and pork bacon, deer lean (20%), 16% deer smoked, onion, extra virgin olive oil, mushroom, 3% muscat grapes, 2% Pedro Ximénez wine, salt, dried egg, vegetable fiber , caseinate, skimmed milk powder, spices, sugar, wheat flour, emulsifiers (E-450i, E-451ii and E-452i), preservatives (E-200 and E-262ii) and antioxidants (E-301, E- 331i and E-325).
