It is a type of yeast which gives the beer. To obtain it, is deposited at the bottom of the maturation tanks. Simply wash and dry it to make it safe to drink. NO GLUTEN. Its properties are:

     Strengthens hair and nails.
     It helps regulate blood sugar levels.
     Improves mood.

The recommended dose of brewer's yeast is a heaping tablespoon breakfast. You can also mix it with juice, soup or salad.
