Iberian ham, cut with machine tastés
The Iberian ham is a narrow and thin piece. Stylized and elongated shank and black hoof.
Cut, as we can see in the picture, it has various shades ranging from pink to purple, obtained after a slow aging in natural cellar.
Cut machine is presented to better appreciate both its flavor and texture.
Healing: 18 to 20 months or so.
Iberian ham dish content in slice (machine cut): 100 gr.
