Aceto balsámico di Módena is Italian vinegar, produced in the region of Emilia-Romagna in the north of Italy. Vinegar of Módena, as opposed to other vinegars, is elaborated directly with grape must. During the production process new and aged vinegar are mixed to obtain the best result.
It ages 4 to 5 years at the very least in wooden barrels to obtain its characteristic strong and slightly sweet flavour.

Keep in a cool dry place, away from sources of heat, light and products with a strong aroma. Any deposit at the bottom of the bottle is not to be interpreted as a sign of bad quality, it’s completely natural.
